Hope that clarifies? daxxone wrote: Yeah, thats for the custom shaders folder. Only fix for it is deleting the shaders previously mentioned for hair. Since QQuix hasn't updated since 2011, there probably won't be a patch for BC.Įdit: Tested both hair replacers in Bevilex's list and both have the same flicker/ brightening issue. I haven't found any patch for QQuix, so these two mods don't fully work together. This is probably from the moving of the different ships in BC. Console will show what the errors are, and the side effect is shadows in OR turn on and off until the script is done trying. Side Note not related to OR 7.1: Better Cities causes scripting errors in any city dock in the QQuix - Rock rock rock your ship - V3_03-2 mod. Removing the previouslly listed shaders removes the issue, but I think it also makes shadows on those things not work the same. Not all plants do this, so it may not be a texture but the shadow system. Still looking into the plants that flicker at night to see what mod brought those in. This is with OR 7.1 and the AMD Fix shaders set, which also has issue with the meshes in AWLS. J17 OCO hair edition seem to flicker along with OCOv2 hair sets, and straw roofs (not sure what mod added the new texture to straw roofs, I'll check later) IFVM makes pumpkins and other veggies flicker. That won't touch EtraShaders folder, where some of the shaders are causing flickering at night. Yeah, thats for the custom shaders folder. That *should* be the proper explains here: Open "*\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\ "OblivionReloaded.ini"ĬompileShaders=0 -> set to "1", and save changesĮxit game, change "CompileShaders=" back to "0". "*\Oblivion\Data\Shaders\OblivionReloaded\." So, my questions are, where are they cached to? What could I be missing if it doesn't run? Wiepman wrote: Thanks think it's good that have a separated OR 7.x+ discussion within your only method I know that the way you "compile" custom OR shaders like below: I have never gotten any messages on screen when setting the OR ini to do that. This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game.Daxxone wrote: This is great! Thank had just mentioned shader compiling. If you caught ‘s all those months ago, you know damn-well that there’s an unrivaled method to his madness. The lecture will be free to the public, though attendees will have to register (link below.) The class will be but the latest academic suite from the master beatsman, having served as a Harvard professor just a few years back, which was captured pristinely in the documentary. So if you’re free tonight at 6PM and happen to find yourself strolling along UPenn’s campus, make sure you sit-in and get fed. If you fail to do this, your game wont crash nor will your savegames be destroyed but distant meshes will be strange, out of line or simply not appear.ĩth Wonder is that dude. This includes that one tiny file called 'bashed patch' at the very end. Notes: TES4LODgen MUST be ran every time load order changes, also if you change something in your Installers tab that affects related LOD files. The tools for this are known as 'LOD Generators'. However technical all this sounds, this results in the necessity to rebuild LOD every time a mod is added, removed or changed in both loadorder and installation order that affects these quadrants – like for example 'Qarls Texture Pack' or 'RAEVWD'. Further they depend highly on loadorder and the heightmap used in each cell. ![]() Now, as landscape mods and such changing exterior cells are added, these quadrants realign themselves. LOD is built on the basis of quadrants of four adjoining blocks of 32x32 cells. Not all mod (replacer) packages do provide all necessary files related to LOD/VWD and therefor the player runs into strange views. ![]() These are different than the static objects you see from far – also known as 'Visible while Distant' objects (VWD). ![]() LOD (.lod) data files are necessary to view landscapes that are distant in the middle-ground or background. ![]() This means to restart it before rebuilding the Bashed Patch and/or restarting after adding, installing, removing, and changing mods. This is be because Wrye Bash saves the Installers placement, markers and what you had installed/uninstalled when the application is properly closed.
